I tried about five apps before this one. None were what I needed. Perfect for forecasting cash flow for planning. Easy to use! Thank-you!

Works well now. Really like the integration of the graph and detailed transactions. Rely on it
Exactly what Ive been looking for such long time. Great finances planner.
This is exactly what Ive been looking for. I used to use a "My Budget Forecast," but when I recently went back to find it, Ive discovered that its been disconnected, and perhaps even discontinued. Ive much searching, I found Cashflows. I was a little skeptical, at first because the reviews werent stellar, but Im pretty pleased with the app, and the syncing feature seems to work alright without me even needing to do anything. There are a few minor things that need to be cleaned up a bit, and deleting a single non-recurring entry seemed a little slow to stick, but other than that, this app is doing exactly what I need it to do---forecast how much money I have in my accounts once all of the incomes and outputs (single and recurring) have been entered. Its such a basic and necessary part of budgeting, to me, and Im surprised that not more of the fancy budgeting apps dont have this, or they make it way too complicated. So, my thanks to the developers,; I hope youll continue to give this app some love!
This is Perhaps the bet balance forecasting app in the AppStore period. I have been a high fan of the previous forecasting app, which is no longer supported, and I have stumbled on to this gem. Everything that you need to know the outcome of your finances are here. This is a job well done.
Been using the various Cashflow apps for years now. Couldnt keep track of my future expenses without it! The app could use a few usability improvements though. If I only have one account, I shouldnt have to select which account to view. Also, marking items as paid takes too many steps. What if you could swipe an item to mark it as paid and it would automatically change the date to today! That would be amazing! Thanks for making this app!
This new release works as great as the previous Total Cashflow for older iOS devices. In case you want to import the spending plan from Total Cashflow, you need to login to Dropbox and copy /apps/Total Cashflow/MyCashflow.xml to /apps/Casflows/cashflows.xml. The new file can then be imported.
This app works very well for me. I put all my recurring monthly expenses, as well as income and can see what my projected balances are at most any point in the future.
Dont want to see graphs and entries dating back to the beginning of time.
Love this app! The forecasting is awesome and the reports rock!! Agree that the forecasting should open to the current date.
The bi-monthly credit transactions are calculated on a monthly basis. Makes it kinda useless, since it cant track my paychecks.
Difficult to edit recurring transactions. I find I have to completely close the app and then re-open any changes to take affect. Operation is not as smooth and user friendly as expected.
So the app is great to track my cashflow. Only issue I can’t figure out is I have a couple recurring transactions since May 2020. I am moving and gave those transactions an end date of June 14, 2021, but it wiped out all the prior transactions, so it screwed up my balance to date. I then had to manually add a debit transaction to get the balance to what it should be and manually delete future occurrences... what’s up with that??
Best future forecast app for pc or phone period. Please purchase to support the developer. Thank you so much for your app couldn’t budget without it :)
I can’t say enough about this app. I’ve been using it for several years now and the simplicity of design and ease-of-use just blows me away. There is no other app that I have seen that can do what it does in a simple way. If you do get the app you will not regret it. To me it’s the best of the best.
One of the worst updates that I have seen. The developer made the app into a dark mode and the colors are awful. Can’t see the numbers or letters with dark purple on black. The developer did not give the option for a white mode which is why I am only giving this one star. Prior to the update I loved the app!
I love this app, it’s great but as much as I normally love dark mode I don’t like it here. It’s confusing. Please let me toggle it off. I have total faith that they’ll get it figured out because they always do. I love this app!
Fantastic app to give you visibility to future cash flow of accounts. I love the fact that it handles multiple accounts in multiple currencies. It is easy to rebalance your accounts to get future visibility to projected max and min balances. Just discovered the min balance warning feature which is even better. Thank you for this great app!
Just what I was looking for. Highly recommend.
I’ve used this app since it’s release and haven’t regretted it. I’ve had so many different budget apps and none of them could do what this does, so simple but yet so efficient on its ability to keep be on track and forecast future balances.
It is an excellent small app for doing one simple thing: visualizing your immediate financial future.
I’ve been tracking my account balance and monitoring our account forecast using this app for a few years now and I find it invaluable. Recurring expenses are added automatically and it’s easy to add one-time expenses or change dates or amounts of recurring expenses (ex. the power bill). I try to keep my nickel-and-dime expenses on a single credit card, so I only enter one transaction. I settle up against my bank balance every week or two. This app allows me to instantly see the ramifications of an expense months into the future. I can easily see if I’ll have money in my account 6 months out for a vacation as long as my bills and expenses are consistent. One glitch that gas popped up lately is the forecast needs to be refreshed to show more than one month out. It’s an easy fix, but wondering if the app is being maintained for iPhone updates. Thanks!
The support link is dead and I don’t do twitter. Certain recurring transactions suddenly stop, even though the End Date function is turned off. I have to make duplicates of the same thing going forward.
Love this app. Very easy to use. Works with iCloud & Dropbox. I use iOS and Desktop versions. Had some syncing issues in the past but those have been solved. Developer answers emails and asks questions when I had issues. Highly recommend.
I have been building spreadsheets and looking for apps that do this forever! My salary comes in every 2 weeks, and of course my bills are monthly. Why is it so hard to find an app to show you your cash flow? Well, look no further! Thank you, thank you, thank you
This app does exactly what I need it to do. I’ve been using this cashflows app since Microsoft money “sunset”. Building and maintaining a budget spreadsheet to forecast cashflows is time consuming Thank you. Please keep supporting this app!
I literally depend on this app to project my expenses and income for months ahead! The view where you see your lowest and max cash days allows to prevent reds in the future by taking decisions today! You know exactly what you have at any given time now or in any future day if you project and put your recurrent expenses and incomes monthly. Very grateful for this app, very basic, simple and has just the features it needs. Love it!
I just upgraded from an older version which I've been using for years. It's disappointing I have to pay again for it, but the app is just what I need and nothing more. For those that are frustrated that the forecast doesn't automatically go to today's date: navigate to "accounts" and then tap "today starting".
I find this app quite useful. I just wish the text on the transaction page was a bit bigger or would scale up when Dynamic Type is enabled on iPhone. My eyes aren't as young as they once were.
The bi-monthly credit transactions are calculated on a monthly basis. Makes it kind'a useless, since it can't track my paychecks.
